The Fieldbit product will continue to be sold and fully supported by Fieldbit with support from Help Lightning. Help Lightning recognizes the strong value in the Fieldbit brand. The decision on long term branding for the combined solution will be made after a complete evaluation of the market, including customer feedback.

The Fieldbit licensing scheme, pricing, and all commercial agreements with customers and partners will continue without any change for the existing Fieldbit solutions. When the integration of the two platforms will be completed, Help Lightning will offer a migration path to the new system.
